Purchasing
Low stock:
If you require an amount larger than what we have in stock please contact us at sales@lacethegame.com with the color, length and amount needed. We are currently experiencing restocking delays due to the pandemic. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Sales tax exempt:
If your organization qualifies for sales tax exempt status please send a copy of your current tax exempt certificate or resale certificate to sales@lacethegame.com before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on new, unused, unwashed merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 working days..
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning non defective products.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
Items returned with postage due, will have the owed amount deducted from refund total.
Returns totaling $100 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges
Refused Packages/Insufficient Address
Orders that are refused, returned to sender or lack sufficient address information to be delivered (due to customer error), will be processed as a return. All applicable shipping costs will be deducted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lacethegame.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed as returns: Please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Gifts
Refunds will only be issued to the person that made the original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from Vista, California (92081) on a first come, first serve basis.
Processing times are typically 1-3 business days after the order has been accepted. Choosing Priority shipping will not speed up the processing time of an order. Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Processing can be delayed by events such as pending verification status or stock availability. If we are not able to ship an order within 30 days (beginning on the day the order is placed) we will email to let you know the estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund as will be stated in the email.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lacethegame.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, customer errors in address or other unforeseen events.
Customer is responsible for goods upon delivery.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Although we do process orders on weekends, they will not be shipped until the following business day.
We do not offer in store or in person pick up. All orders must be shipped.
Shipping Rates
Flat standard shipping per order $3.80* (estimated 3-5 business days not including processing time)
We offer USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping for $8.90 (estimated 2-3 business days after processing time)
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, choosing Priority shipping will not speed up processing times. Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
We do not offer over night shipping.
