To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return or exchange my items?
- Enter your order number and the same email address or phone number that you used when placing the original order in the fields above and click Start. Phone numbers must be entered using the following format +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Exchanges will be processed as returns. Please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for your preferred items.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Items must be in original condition
- All items must be unwashed and unworn
- Items must be shipped back in the orginal packaging
- Returns totaling $100 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges
Are shipping charges refundable?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping for non defective items.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned items.
- In the event your order was defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a pre-paid shipping label.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
